Question: Can I search for documents in this portal without logging in?
Ans: Yes, you can search for documents in this portal by selecting e-services -> select and launch the e-labdoc service. You will be able to search all publicly available documents this way.
Question: I am not able to search for certain documents in your portal, what do I do?
Ans: You may need to log in. All publicly available documents can be searched and downloaded without logging in. Many documents may contain information required only meant to be accessed and retrieved by customers of Roche. If you are a Roche customer, please log in and you can get access to these documents.
Question: Some of the e-services are not accessible, can I get access?
Ans: With a few exceptions all e-services are available to all our customers. You will need to log in to get access to these services.
Question: Do I need to be a customer to be registered on this portal?
Ans: Yes, you need to be an existing customer with Roche to be registered on this website. Get in touch with our customer support centre through details on the right side panel and we will get you registered.
Question: I am asked for a login ID and password. Where can I get the login details?
Ans: You will need to be registered with Roche for access. Please go to Contact us on this same page on the right and find the details of our Customer Support Centre. You can either call on the toll free or email them with the link provided.
Question: The registration form is asking for my email and phone number; do I need to give it?
Question: Can I save the preferences of the type of documents and searches I do in e-labdoc?
Ans: Yes, you can, you will need to log in to save your search preferences. You can also have more customizations on the information you see while searching. Kindly checkout our help videos in the section above. Question: Can I log a complaint/service/support request via this portal?
Ans: Yes of course. We offer this portal as an alternative to our toll free line to register any service requirement calls regarding our products. You can access this through the e-services tab on the top and selecting the service case management option. The option will raise a support ticket for you and our customer support center will get back to you promptly. Alternatively, between 9am and 6pm, our call agents are available for a live chat. Kindly log in and click on the Live chat option on the top right corner of the page below the Roche logo.
